History and informations :

Mecatriel Canada Inc was incorporated in 1995 by Gilles Gueveneux, he was the owner of a company offering mechanical services. Building machineries was the logical step after many years of repairs and modifications on equipments owned by customers disappointed about them.

Mecatriel Canada Inc offer services in computer assisted design, manufacturing, automation, on site start-up and after-sales services. We also can modify your existing machineries. All of our equipments are made for heavy duty use with simple and minimal maintenance. For all your production, manipulation and handling problems, rest assured that we will know how to satisfy your requirement as well as your performance criteria.

We offer two generals lines of products : Custom builded machineries and series equipments.

Custom builded machineries :

Belt, rollers and chains conveyors. Parts feeders. Pallets dispensers. Plates feeders. Stackers and unstackers. Sorters. Pick and place for all kinds of loads. Logsplitters.  Etc.

We have a large experience in building automated custom build machineries. Medium and heavy loads are our specialty. Many of our projects included moving loads at high speed. Variable speed AC motors and servo motors are commently use. We design and build our equipments with high quality, short delivery parts.

Our standard manufactured products for the corrugated industry are :

Rollers conveyors : 36" to 96" BRF X 12" TORs with zero-pressure accumulation, belt driven.  Our complete line include : centering device, chains and rolls transfers device, pushers device, turning tables, Etc. Automatic set-up tape dispenser for corrugator ( Fuller or other );Automatic pallet feeders: one to four two piles with forks feeders.  We offer a 2 axes robot that can distribute or sort pallets of different sizes at high speed.  We also make palletizer units for centering and lifting of bundles. Motorized transfers car, 1 to 4 conveyors long. Etc.
