INTEGRATED PUSHERDESCRIPTIONMecatriel’s integrated pusher is a system created to transfer loads from one conveyor to the other with the help of a pusher-roller. Integrated to the conveyor, the integrated pusher lets the load pass before pushing in into the axis of the conveyor. It can transfer the charge to another conveyor perpendicular to the line. A 1 or 1½ HP motor is used to move the chariot. Transmission is done with a torq limiter in order to protect the mechanical parts against an overload or against possible blockage. This last transmits the power to two #60 chains to which the chariot is fixed. Movement is done on rails with cam-followers. Pushers can be used in tandem for long loads. It can also be used with a clamp in order to slide the load on a protective piece of cardboard.
