PALLETIZORDESCRIPTIONMecatriel’s palletizor is used to center loads, square and insert pallets under them The length of the load is measured when going into the palletizor in order to ensure proper centering within the axis of the conveyor. Once positioned, the load is centered laterally and squared on the width of the conveyor by a hydraulic centering system. In the meantime, a pallet is prepared and centered on a chain conveyor perpendicular to the line. The charge is then lifted by forks moved by a hydraulic system while the pallet is brought under the bundle with the help of the chain conveyor. The pallet store is offered with many configurations. The palletizor with side access has one or two pallets distributors allowing the distribution of up to two different types of pallets of predetermined sizes. The palletizor with front access has up to four pallet distributors allowing the distribution of up to four different types of pallets of predetermined sizes. As for the pallet robot, it can distribute to the palletizor up to 12 types of pallets.
