PIVOTING CONVEYORSDESCRIPTIONMecatriel’s pivoting conveyor is used to pivot loads. Used in the corners, same as pushers or chains transfers, it has the advantage of reorienting the load on the axis of the conveyor and driven rollers allows it to transfer the load to that conveyor. It can also serve as a steering knuckle where two conveyors intersect. A ½ HP motor ensures rotation of the conveyor. Angular positionning is done with sensors.
