BELT CONVEYORS
DESCRIPTION
Mécatriel’s belt conveyor was designed to transport a wide variety of products in order to meet the industries different needs.
The industrial type belt is made up of a matrix (PVC, urethane, rubber, neoprene etc.) reinforced with a composite fibre (polyester, nylon, cotton etc.). For the pharmaceutical and the food industries, we can use thermoplastic belts that meet sanitary norms. The belt can be smooth, rough or with fins for inclined conveyors.

Using a motorized pulley makes the conveyor more compact. This allows it access to small places. |

The structure of a conveyor can be made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium as shown on the left. We can also add made to measure parts as shown below.
